One week ago today, we completed the third workshop in the Xavier University Alumni Association's Emerging Women Leaders Series. This time around, we focused on developing a personal strategy map for each person to achieve their personal leadership goals for the year ahead. We have loved getting to know these participants over the last 3 sessions!
